If you lock your keys in your vehicle or lose them, we’ll help you regain entry or retrieve a spare set – up to $125.
You’ll receive a 10% discount on an Ultra Tune manufacturer’s handbook, minor, or major service.
You’re entitled to an unlimited number of callouts within 12 months, subject to our fair use policy.
If your vehicle can’t be mobilised, we’ll arrange a free tow – up to 15km (metro areas) or 50km (rural and remote).
If you run out of fuel, we’ll give you up to $15 of fuel so you can drive to a service station to fill up.
If you get a flat tyre, we’ll replace it with the spare tyre supplied with your vehicle.
You get unlimited access to our technical advice hotline; we’ll try to diagnose the problem and get you mobilised.
If you get a flat battery, we’ll jump-start your vehicle; or, if necessary, replace the battery at your cost.

When can I start using Budget Direct Roadside Assistance?
48 hours after purchasing your membership.
Does it matter who’s driving the car?
No – we’ll provide roadside assistance for your nominated vehicle, regardless of who’s driving.
How quickly can I expect help to arrive?
It will depend on a number of factors, including your location and road conditions. We’ll send you an SMS to let you know we’re on our way and will text you again if we anticipate delays (e.g. due to traffic congestion). Our goal is to get you back on the road as soon as possible.
Will you help if I get a flat or faulty car battery or flat tyre at my home?
How does your technical assistance hotline work?
We’ll ask you a series of questions about your vehicle to narrow down the likely cause of the breakdown. If we can’t pinpoint the problem, or we can’t get you moving again with an easy fix over the phone, we’ll dispatch a roadside contractor to assist you.
I’m not a member – can I still get assistance?
Yes, however you’ll need to pay a $100 service charge in addition to the annual membership fee.
